Bean hummus ingredients
- 200 g can white cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 200 g can red cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 200 g can green cannellini, rinsed and drained
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 small white onion or 1 sprig of green onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt pepper
- 1 sprig of green onion and 2-3 beans (for decoration)
Bean hummus preparation
- Put all types of beans in a mixer or a blender
- Peel the garlic and add it over the beans
- Peel the onion, cut it into pieces and add over the beans
- Add oil, salt, and pepper
- Mix everything until it becomes a paste
- Finely chop the green onion strands and place them over the pasta
- Add the few preserved beans
