An appetizer recipe for bean hummus with tahini (sesame paste) and garlic.

Bean hummus ingredients

  • 200 g can white cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 200 g can red cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 200 g can green cannellini, rinsed and drained
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small white onion or 1 sprig of green onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt pepper
  • 1 sprig of green onion and 2-3 beans (for decoration)

Bean hummus preparation

  1. Put all types of beans in a mixer or a blender
  2. Peel the garlic and add it over the beans
  3. Peel the onion, cut it into pieces and add over the beans
  4. Add oil, salt, and pepper
  5. Mix everything until it becomes a paste
  6. Finely chop the green onion strands and place them over the pasta
  7. Add the few preserved beans
