A simple and fluffy baguette for the days when you stay at home and want to enjoy a delicious bread. This recipe is made at the bread machine but you can do it manually.

Ingredients:
- 600 g bread flour
- 350 ml warm water
- 7 g dry yeast
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 2 spoons milk
- oil for the pan
- flour for dusting for the pan / pans
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients into your bread machine in this order: water, milk, flour, yeast, salt.
- Start dough cycle
- Preheat the oven and place a pan of water on the bottom rack
- Close the windows and get warm in the kitchen
- Sprinkle flour on the work surface
- Transfer the dough on the work surface. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each one into a long loaf .
- Place the loaves into a dusty pan.
- Cover the pan with a clean towel, placed it in a warm place and allow to rise for 40 minutes (for example: on the cupboard, in the kitchen, above the oven)
- Place a pan of water on the bottom rack of the oven.
- Sprinkle the baguetts with flour, and make 4 elongated slashes down each one with a sharp knife.
- Bake the breads for 30 minutes until crusty and brown .
- Remove the pan from the oven, transfer the baguetts to a rack and cover it with a clean towel.
