Pasta recipe with authentic italian Tomato Sauce

For the tomato sauce recipe, use a deep pan with a lid.
ingredients:
- 400 gr pasta fusilli
- 1 canned tomato cubes
- 1 big onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
- Let the pasta boil in a large pot. Boil according to the instructions on the package.
- Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook and stir onion and garlic in hot oil until the onion is translucent, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add a pinch of salt
- Add a can of tomatoes (the tomatoes must be cubes and peeled)
- Add oregano and balsamic vinegar
- Reduce heat, and simmer until the pasta is ready (30 minutes)
- Taste the sauce. It is delicious and full of flavors that will delight you
- Serve pasta with sauce and grated Parmesan cheese on top
