Quiche lorraine with potatoes – Video Recipe

Replace classic dough with potato slices to make a quick Quiche recipe.

For this recipe, a heat-resistant bowl is used

Ingredients:

The potato base

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 50 g Parmesan, grated
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch pepper

Filling

  • 5 eggs
  • 200 ml of double cream (25% fat)
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 5 sliced tomatoes cut into slices
  • 200 g kaiser cut slices
  • 200 cheddar cheese, grated
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch pepper

Preparation:

  1. Clean the potatoes and slice it
  2. In a bowl mix the potatoes slices with olive oil, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheesepotatoes and ham quiche Lorraine
  3. In a heat-resistant dish place the potato slices so as to cover the bottom of the margin of the bowl
  4. Add a little bit of Parmesan on top of the potatoes
  5. Cook in the oven for 5 minutes
  6. Put all ingredients for filling in a bowl and mix it well
  7. Put the stuffing over the potatoes and put everything in the oven for 20 minutes
