Replace classic dough with potato slices to make a quick Quiche recipe.

For this recipe, a heat-resistant bowl is used
Ingredients:
The potato base
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 50 g Parmesan, grated
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch pepper
Filling
- 5 eggs
- 200 ml of double cream (25% fat)
- 2 green onions finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped
- 5 sliced tomatoes cut into slices
- 200 g kaiser cut slices
- 200 cheddar cheese, grated
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch pepper
Preparation:
- Clean the potatoes and slice it
- In a bowl mix the potatoes slices with olive oil, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese
- In a heat-resistant dish place the potato slices so as to cover the bottom of the margin of the bowl
- Add a little bit of Parmesan on top of the potatoes
- Cook in the oven for 5 minutes
- Put all ingredients for filling in a bowl and mix it well
- Put the stuffing over the potatoes and put everything in the oven for 20 minutes
