Ardei copt pe gratar – cand il coci, ardeiul capata o dulceata deosebita si gustul de gratar este minunat.
Se folosesc ardei grasi rosii si galbeni deoarece sunt mai dulci
Metode de copt:
- pe gratar, in aer liber
- pe tabla de jos a cuptorului de la aragaz
- pe un gratar, direct pe ochiul de la aragaz
- pe o tabla speciala de copt ardeiul sau vinetele, direct pe ochiul de la aragaz
Cum se fac:
- Se spala ardeii intregi
- Se sterg cu un prosop
- Se incinge gratarul sau cuptorul
- Se aseaza ardeiul
- Se intoarce din cand in cand pana se rumenesc pe toate partile si ardeiul devine moale
- Dupa ce s-a facut pe toate partile se pune intr-o oala cu capac si se sareaza
- Se curata de coaja si se serveste
- Se servesc alaturi de carne sau alte legume coapte
Reteta de salata de ardei copt:
- ardei copt
- sare
- piper
- 2 linguri ulei
- 1 lingura otet
- putina apa
Preparare:
- Se amesteca sarea, piperul, uleiul, otetul si apa.
- Ardeiul copt se curate de coaja si se pune intr-un castron
- Amestecul se pune peste ardei
Reteta mujdei cu ardei copt:
- 4 catei de usturoi curatati
- 1 lingurita sare grunjoasa
- 4 linguri de ulei
Preparare:
- Se zdrobeste usturoiul cu sarea, in mojar
- Dupa ce s-a zdrobit, se adauga putin cate putin uleiul, pana devine o pasta
- Se adauga o ceasca de apa
- Amestecul de usturoi se pune peste ardeiul copt
